If the account name of the user has non-ascii characters in it Scribe can't receive mail.
Made a change that fixes this bug for NT/2K/XP at least. Will be available in test11.
Actually it will work on 9x anyway. It's just that GetTempPath on 2k/XP can malfunction when the user's name has an accent in it. But under 9x the temp path isn't per user anyway so it doesn't matter.
