It would be really helpful to add an option allowing a choice of always send a 
read recipt, ask before sending and never send a read receipt.

Obviously this could be made more complicated by specifying specific addresses 
or parts of addresses (e.g. always send read receipt to those in contacts / 
those with work e-mail, never send to hotmail accounts).  I can't see any 
reason I'd need this complexity, but someone may?.....

This is a bit obscure so I'll make sure you can do it with scripting, but I
won't put a option in the UI for it.

I did add Scripting to test8 but there is no event to hook this off yet. I will
make sure it gets in for test9.
