Changes:
- Added a translation to french.
- Added a menu for selecting the user interface language.
- Fixed set permissions on remote folders.
- Implemented delta only directory listings. This means that instead of refreshing the entire listing, just the differences are applied to the UI, which means you don't lose the selection you had previously unless you just deleted it. It remains to be seen if this is actually bug free, but it's working ok for me and makes everything a little smoother. Always a good thing.
