Changes:
- Added fields to view the user and group in the unix permissions dialog.
- [Win32] Fixed downloading folders, it would get the slashes the wrong way around.
- Fixed dropping files onto the app to upload them multiple times.
- Added support for dropping multiple files onto the app to upload them.
- Added a translation to Farsi.
- Fixed a bunch of memory leaks. Most we're only allocated once a session though, so it should be a big deal at runtime.
- Added a translation to German.
- Made the text labels for each of the toolbars optional. You can also customize the buttons on each toolbar as well.
- Fixed throttling of uploads and downloads.
- Removed some redundant buttons on the remote pane toolbar.
