Changes:

• Fixed Bug #60: cannot handle "leave messages on server".
• Possible fixes for Bug #61: imap doesn't delete .eml files.
• Fixed Bug #62: Deletes and new message notifications are not propagated. Requires a new build of Scribe as well.
