Changes:
- Fixed undo que not being cleared when you open a new file.
- Fixed the "No palette" text to have the right background colour.
- Moved the operator controls from in the brush's properties area down under the palette control so they are globally visible.
- Changed the brush's properties to a list of recent brushes.
- Removed the circle and square tools and rolled their functionality into the ellipse and rectangle tools.
- Made the layout of the adjust brightness/contrast dialog's controls dynamic (e.g. font sensitive).
- Fixed the syntax of function calls in the scripting help.
- Fixed pasting 32-bit bitmaps from the clipboard into the document or brush.
- Fixed adjusting the brightness and contrast on 8 bit images.
