About
Changes:
- Added persistance of the code page setting.
- Code page remains the same when setting the font.
- New codepage support from LGI supported through internal unicode with Win9x fix. (No that doesn't mean Ted supports unicode in the editor, just the font sub-system uses unicode internally to render codepages accurately)
