Changes:
- Updated the folder password feature.
- Added Html Control:

- Options to use control for viewing.
- Added copying 8bit text version to the clipboard in the unicode control.
- Added libiconv character conversions to support the majority of charsets out there.
- The IE plugin is broken for the moment. I will fix it later.
- The 8Bit/CP + Unicode edit controls Copy/Paste is broken in 98 for the current download but I've fixed it in the development build, so the next release will work ok.
