|Is there a way, or will there be a way to add extra headers to outgoing messages (i.e., it is becoming more and more acceptable to inclue contact info in the headers these days)
i'm sure there is no RFC pertaining to this, but almost any MTA passes anything it dosn't understand specifically
for mutt users (i used to be), this would be the my_hdr option.
|There isn't currently, as I didn't know a use for it. But it's not out of the question to add that feature.
What sort of headers do people add?
(Apart from the Outlook message thing)
|well, i admit, i am blatently stealing from Greg "groggy" Lehey, but he adds:
Organization: (this one is semi-standard)
X-PGP-Fingerprint: (actualy a mutt feature for signed messages)
maybe something along the line of PGP-PubKey-HREF too?
i'd be open to other suggestions too...
the Approved: header. used by majordomo administrators. this one *might* get picked up if it starts the body, but i'm not sure.
|I've added a field where you can enter any arbitary headers to include in all outgoing messages.
I think that should cover what you want. At least to start with I hope.
|looks great :)
