Good Afternoon to all. I've just downloaded scribe 1.88 test 12 and the gnupg 0.52 plugin. I plan to use scribe from my removable usb drive where I have gnupg 1.42 and my keyrings installed to. I have a small batch program I start from the command line to set up paths for my tools and gnupgHome environment settings. Scribe starts well from the command line and allows me to run the plugin. The problem I'm encountering is when I create a new email, then use any of the gnupg plugin functions, scribe crashes hard. I want to use this setup because all the computers here on campus are very insecure and we only have limited user rights, so installing any software is out of the question on the pc's themselves.

Since I dont know in advance which drive letter windows xp will give my removable drive, I have the batch file accept one argument (drive letter) and sets all the paths for me at the command line. I then run all my tools from the command line that has been set up.
The path to scribe is %driveLetter%\tools\scribe and gpg is %driveLetter%\gpg.
Scribe can find my keyrings.

I've even tried using gpg.exe version 1.25 with no success.

Thanks in advance,
Marion Magee
