If you just want the top left part of the graphic then you go into File -> New Properties, tick "keep old document", select "crop image", enter the new size, and your done. If you want some other part of the image I suggest making a brush out of the area you want using the select tool. Then from the menu Brush->Copy to clipboard and File->New from clipboard. |

Thanks. What I want to do is open an image, quickly and easily crop to a certain but always different area by swiping a marqee over it. i guess that isn't doable here, is it?
