Author/Date whitelist wildcards in filtering spam from inbox

Hi all,

I am having trouble with my spam filter not classifying "ham" correctly when i use wildcards in my whitelist.

Example:

*@some.domainhere.com -- ham not caught, gets moved to spam

Am i using the wildcards correctly? I am trying to get my efficency up from 92.7% to that 98%! This is with 2,000 reference spam emails to create the wordlists. :)

To save space i ran "rebuild new word lists" then exported all 2,000 spam messages to a unix mbox for later use then deleted the spam folder. Saves the word lists and filtering keeps working as long as you don't rerun "rebuild" without reloading all your spam. This saved me several MB on my USB key where i use Scribe.
