| Scott 01/04/2017 11:22am | Special characters such as ( ) ' are delimited by a backslash character (\) when they appear in the From field in both the list and the email window.
E.g., "Ken (CR)" appears as "Ken \(CR\)" which is a bit more difficult to read. |
