For example in Lithuanian version first day of the week 99.9% cases will be Monday. So by default Scibe could get localisation parameters by choosing language interface. Translators know well about local parameters. (It is made this way with local encodings now) In case when the same language has diferent date, calendar formats, would be nice to let for user change these parameters by Options screen. |
