[Win32] Fixed the damn dead keys in the svn trunk. The experiment with not using TranslateMessage failed. I have no way of reproducing the dead key part of TranslateMessage's functionality.

In no particular order. Thats why there is never any work on "v2" or the big changes like fixing IMAP. Because there is always a flood of little things to fix. Or I get tired and go to bed early ;)

Mostly windows but as time goes on I'm using the mac more. I've got a macbook and it's nice and portable. I prefer debugging on windows because it's got better tools for that and seems faster to do somethings.

I only use linux for supporting that port. Not for anything useful.
